Yehuda Zisapel - Founder and President of the RAD Group, Founder Commex Technologies

Yehuda Zisapel, founded the RAD Group in 1981, together with his brother Zohar. Yehuda contributes to a number of innovative programs that benefit the community, including scholarships for outstanding university students majoring in engineering and computer science.

Yehuda Zisapel received both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in electrical engineering from the Technion. He also holds a master’s degree in business administration from Tel Aviv University and was awarded an honorary doctorate from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.

Zohar Zisapel - Chairman of RAD Group, Founder Commex Technologies

Zohar Zisapel, Chairman of the Board of RAD Ltd., founded the company in 1981 together with his brother, Yehuda. Prior to founding RAD, Zohar served as head of the Electronic Research Department of the Ministry of Defense in Tel Aviv and received the Israel Defense Prize in 1979.

Zohar Zisapel received both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in electrical engineering from the Technion. He also holds a Masters degree in business administration from Tel Aviv University and an honorary doctorate from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.

Moty Ben-Arie - Managing Partner, Vertex Venture Capital

Moty Ben-Arie has an extensive technology background and vast experience as both an entrepreneur and an investor. Moty spent five years as a general partner at Walden Israel Venture Capital. He was involved in numerous investments, including Passave Technologies, Lynx Photonic Networks, Colorchip, Camero, Lenslet Labs and Amimon. He was a founder of Radcom, a communications company originally funded by the RAD Group of companies.

Moty Ben-Arie holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the Technion and a master’s in business administration from Tel-Aviv University.

Dr. Eyal Kishon - Founder & Managing Partner, Genesis Partners

Dr. Eyal Kishon began his venture capital career in 1992 and is recognized as one of Israel's leading venture investors. Prior to co-founding Genesis Partners in 1996, Eyal was the Associate Director of the Polaris Fund. Eyal joined the Polaris Fund from Yozma Venture Capital, where he served as Chief Technology Officer. Previously, Eyal led teams at both the IBM Research Center and at AT&T Bell Laboratories’ Robotics Research Department and has authored several articles as part of his academic research and product development activities.

Eyal holds a PhD in Computer Science and Robotics from the Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences at New York University and a BA in Computer Science from the Technion.
